I think the hardest part was looking at my watch at 7:30. It was then my legs were saying stop, but my mind said keep going. I pushed myself on. The run wasn’t labored at all. It was at 14 minutes I was happy because I reached my goal, I did a little yes fist in the air and kept running until I hit the light at the intersection. I had made it–15 minutes and 11 seconds. My longest run to date since signing up for the July 10th 5k race in Yeongdeok. Slowly but surely, I’m on my way!
