I made lots of zig zags up and down streets, turning corners and at 10:22 I realized it was time to head back. The last few seconds I put all my effort to sprinting to my apartment door. My legs were lead by that point. Running is all about pushing the body and also about finding calm. No one gets anywhere unless they push it further and further. I’m almost at 30 minutes!! Come on one mile, two miles, three miles! I’m getting there and so proud of myself for going out Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and today. If I run tomorrow, I’ll have met my goal of running six days a week! Then it’s all about getting to an hour each run. Slowly, I’m getting there!
