My Review: The Lincoln Lawyer (2011)

It was already close to 4pm and I hadn’t yet gone outside. It was raining all day but I still wanted to do something, if not in Busan than in Gimhae while it was still light outside. I rode my bike to Hue & Rock mall and by then I was pretty soaked. I got my ticket for The Lincoln Lawyer (2011), ate at Paris Baguette and had a small ice cream waffle with more chocolate syrup and whip cream than I could bear. It was a lot better the first time around. After finishing, I saw I still had plenty of time left before the movie, so I walked around the mall…There were some awesome dresses and hair accessories (cute Korean head bands), but I just looked at them with big eyes as I oowed and awed at them….

My Thoughts on the Movie

The Lincoln Lawyer was great. I give it a solid A+. It’s based on a Michael Connelly book of the same name that I hadn’t read. The performances from Matthew McCaugnahey, Ryan Phillipe and Michael Pena were excellent. I enjoyed the movie from start to finish.  Anyways, I suggest you see The Lincoln Lawyer  if into reading Michael Connelly, Harlan Coben, George Pelecanos or Lee Child books. I’m a fan of Connelly’s Harry Bosch novels! That kind of writing is something I’d like to do one day, but it’s been a long while since I’ve written stories…

Hmm, I need a new book to read! I got one in Seoul, but discovered I’d already read it a year or so ago! Time to make another trip to the store and log books I’ve read so I don’t get them again!

Thanks for reading!
