I started off slow and was very conscious of running that way until I felt comfortable gaining speed. My run went really well. I didn’t push myself very hard, but felt satisfied with the run. I noticed that I was going faster because it wasn’t yet 16 minutes and I had already gone pretty far. I could do thirty minutes even after two days off! That’s so awesome!
Stats: 32:24 min, 2.53 miles, 12:48 pace (BEST pace to date!), 240 cal
10 minute mile–I’m almost there! Sweet!
