I’m pretty sure I just gained a new PR for running 2.66 miles! I felt as though at the end of the run I could have kept going. I kept today’s run short because I felt I would struggle after four days off. But it’s as if I hadn’t stopped running at all. I came back with a PR pace and lost two pounds! I’m not sure how that last part happened since I haven’t been running, but I’m cool with it!
